Natalie graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise & Sports Science) from the University of Sydney and went on to complete her Masters of Physiotherapy. Natalie has a special interest in acute sports related injuries with an emphasis on manual therapy and exercise prescription. She is committed to continuing to develop her knowledge and skills in this field and has had extensive experience with Sydney International Rowing Regatta, Sydney Swans Junior Academy (AFL), and Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs NRL team. Her additional qualifications include ongoing training in clinical Pilates with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI).
Natalie’s other interests include biomechanics, postural dysfunction and lower limb injuries. Away from work Natalie enjoys watching and playing sports (basketball, tennis, cricket, rugby league), and travelling.
