Mat classes

What if I am not able to attend a full term of mat classes?

You are still required to pay for the full term however you are allowed make-up classes during the same term.

What is a make-up mat class?

If you are unable to attend your regular class you may attend another mat class if there is an available place.

Can I get a refund or use my payment for the next term?

No. All mat classes must be attended within the term.

What if my preferred mat class is full at the start of the term?

You will be offered another class. If you have already been doing classes, you will be prioritised for the next term

Can I claim mat classes on my health fund?

Classes can be claimed through your health fund, a receipt will be issued after every class. A receipt will only be given for classes that you have attended.

Once a term starts can I join in on a mat class?

Yes, the rate for the class will be based on pro rata for the remainder of the term if spots are available.

What happens during school holidays?

School holidays are not part of the mat class terms. Equipment sessions continue during the school holidays.


Equipment Sessions

Can I claim equipment sessions on my health fund?

Yes. A receipt will be given after each session.

Do I need to pay for a full term of equipment sessions?

No. You can pay each session individually.

Do I need to give notice to cancel an equipment session?

Yes. A cancellation fee will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel an equipment session.

If I can not attend my regular equipment session, will I be charged?

If more than 24 hours notice is given to cancel you will not be charged.
